TABLE BLAST CABINET - OVERVIEW

The
TM-60 Ruemelin 60" Diameter Semi-Automated Table Blast Machine features:
-
60" diameter rotary table powered
by a
 1/4
HP DC gear motor, single phase, 60 hertz, 115 volts, with a solid state
variable speed control to provide a speed range of 0 to 4.5 RPM
-
Variable speed gun oscillator
powered by a 1 HP DC gear motor, single phase, 60 hertz 230 volts, with
a solid state variable speed control to provide approximately 3 cycles
per second and adjustable stroke of 0 to 6". The oscillator will
hold 8 guns.

(8) Type "B" Ruemelin high efficiency
suction blast guns with steel air jets and ceramic nozzles sized to suit
your compressed air volume (Cabinet hopper has provisions for 10 guns.)

Master air manifold with pressure
gauge, individual control valves for each blast gun, solenoid valve for
main manifold and air solenoid valve for the air knife. (Manifold

table plates below the main turntable to help prevent parts from falling
into the abrasive hopper and to facilitate fixturing of extra guns off
the oscillator

cast iron table segments that are individually replaceable

1/2" thick rubber table mat
perforated to match the perforations on the above table segments

Main shell of blast cabinet,
hopper, and doors to be fabricated of 7-gauge steel
